Healthy Vegan Christmas Recipes

It dawned on me today that I haven’t actually organised Christmas dinner. Yes I know some of you may think so what Rebecca, and others may be horrified at such a late declaration to festive planning. Well this lady is getting her butt in gear!

Growing up I have had the best Christmas meals with family gatherings. My grandma was a legend at every single bite of Christmas food and I learned so much pride and passion from her traditional way of preparing food. For many years I made my own Christmas cake, pudding and mincepies. I organised the must-have festive meals weeks and weeks before to order and plan what was needed for meals. I made everything from scratch.

Well the last couple of years since being on my journey of sorting out my life kinda phase I stopped planning and making all the Christmas food, I kinda just went with the flow as I had way too much going on in my brain to even think about making a Christmas pud!

This year I realised something… I am ready to make all the food again. But slight problem, it’s just over a week to go until Christmas!

With needing inspiration for meals to make I thought you might want the inspo too, so I decided to compile a list of food. Thank me later.

Anyways, let’s move on to the point of this post – RECIPES.

I am vegan and I like to eat yummy food. And I also like healthy food as it makes me feel damn good. And I love Christmas. And I LOVE that I get to make the yummy food with Sophia.

I have put together a list of healthy vegan Christmas recipes with links to other meals for you to pick and choose what suits your tastebuds.

P.S…you don’t need to be officially vegan to eat these meals, it’s ok to eat broccoli and sweet potato no matter what your diet preference.
